  1. DR is certainly excited to have the former fellow Bruin and Reigning NL Cy Young winner on his team. Who wouldn’t be.

But, too early to tell how he will blend into the clubhouse. A bit controversial and outspoken about his beliefs. I was also not too impressed with his antics vs. the Padres, and closing one eye, saying he was toying with them… “if they can’t hit me when I have one eye closed, how can they hit me when I have two eyes open”. and We do not need him to add fuel to the Padres’ desire to beat the Dodgers. And to top it off, he was not as dominate was he was in his first spring outing. He was saved by a few tremendous defensive plays…. Padres were hitting him hard.

But, only time will tell. We will have to be patient and see if he can blend in and not create waves with his teammates, as well as his opponents.
