  1. Well, DR continues to flip flop the lineup. Muncy is not a leadoff hitter…. just leave Betts in leadoff. AJ…. yes I said AJ, is hot. Don’t sit him and cool him off, just to give Pederson some playing time. Peddie cannot even hit right handers, at this time. Poor Barnes is an automatic out….. stick with Will Smith. Bellinger, who looked great in exhibition games with his new swing, has reverted back to his off balance windmill swing. Totally lost out there.

This season, if they are able to finish it, should be a 60 game sprint, with their best lineup out there as often as possible. Set a lineup, and go with it. DR, stop overthinking, and trying to be a genius. Just let these guys play.

    1. I don’t understand walking Escobar to pitch to walker with the bases loaded. They need to start letting the starters go deeper into games. Cant use 8 relievers every night.

  2. Agree with you, Scott.

60 game season, why not let your starters go deeper? DR is still overusing the bullpen every night. Matchups (lefty/righty) and pitch counts make no sense in this shortened season. 8 relievers, even with the new rule regarding relievers, is really excessive. DR keeps bringing out the same guys every night. He is going to burn these guys out…. also very predictable to the opposing team.

Well, Kershaw was busy making dumb commercials for Sketchers. Pitching with a suit of armor? No wonder he has a bad back.

    Better look out for SD.
