Major league baseball has released the starting times for the first two games of the NLDS between the Dodgers and the Washington Nationals. The NLDS will begin on Friday October 7th in Washington D.C. at National’s Park. The first game will start at 2:30 PM PST and the second game will begin at 1 PM PST in Washington D.C. as well.
Clayton Kershaw is expected to get the call in the first game of the five game playoff series and Rich Hill is expected to get the call in the second game. The Washington Nationals are dealing with many injuries coming into this series, and ace Stephen Strasburg is not expected to pitch in this playoff series. The Nationals are expected to start right hander Max Scherzer in the first game and left hander Gio Gonzalez in the second game. Right hander Tanner Roark could get the start in game three, the Dodgers will probably give the ball to Kenta Maeda.
