It’s Thanksgiving time and we are all huddled around the turkey dinner thinking about what we are most thankful for. As Dodger fans we should be thankful for many things this year. Even with the Pandemic raging around us out of control, Dodger fans are eternally grateful for the 2020 World Series championship our boys in blue took home this fall.
The recent title erased decades of pain and suffering, and soul-crushing losses in postseason failures of the past. The Dodgers finally ending the 32-year championship drought was so wonderfully special for all of us that we should always be thankful for those 2020 Dodgers. Even though we can’t have a parade to celebrate, that doesn’t take away the joy we felt when the Dodgers clinched the title.
Most of us celebrated with friends and family when the Dodgers won it all. Others cried tears of joy. The entire city of Los Angeles was lit up in Blue. Seeing Clayton Kershaw hoist the trophy was the most beautiful moment. I remember hearing fireworks go off all around us. I remember everyone coming out of their units in my Condominium complex and yelling and screaming while the fireworks went off. It was so incredibly beautiful that it still makes me tear up when writing about it. I sobbed and cried most of that night. We have so much to be grateful for. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Very thankful they won another title before I shuffle off this planet. It was a weird but very exciting season. Especially the comeback against the Braves. Then Urias just totally shutting the door on the Rays. Oh What a Feeling!

He was really good for a couple of seasons before Tommy John.
Yep another low risk high reward guy. Byrnes going back for a second interview with the Phillies.
