Social Distancing With Baseball Cards

Hello everyone,

As Spring Training was coming along, I was thinking about what my LA Dodger Report content would look in 2020. Unfortunately, the c-virus outbreak sat right in the middle of the room and stopped the baseball season cold.

For what it’s worth, the national “holding in place” strategy has offered opportunity for me to create some content that I hope will help fill the gap until our beloved sport is up and running again.

Presenting the first in a video series where I dig out the  baseball card binders of my favorite cards and share them with you.

Hope you enjoy, and be safe out there…IN there?

Oscar Martinez

I was born in the shadow of Dodger Stadium and immediately drenched in Dodger Blue. Chavez Ravine is my baseball cathedral, Vin Scully was the golden voice of summer all my life, and Tommy Lasorda remains the greatest Dodgers manager ever. My favorite things are coffee, beer, and the Dodgers beating the Giants. I also blog about my baseball card hobby at All Trade Bait, All the Time.

  1. Oscar I have some of Volpe’s portraits that Union 76 used to give away. They are totally cool and are big enough to frame, which I would do if I had room to hang them all. I have a bunch of Brooklyn Dodgers cards and they are very cool.
